every morning would really be a traumatic experience in riding trains...
from my previous posts, i think i never missed to mention how packed it is always, like twas already full, then arriving at Kawasaki station, only 5-6 people will go out, leaving the train still packed and then 15 more people would be going inside...and since Tamachi is 5 stations away from Kawasaki, the same thing happened in those 5 stops..

this morning is different though...not because its no longer packed but its sooooo packed that twas my first time that i felt like i am squeezed to death....i was just annoyed coz from Kawasaki to the first stop was ok...but from the 1st stop to the next stop, twas soooooooo irritating...people at my back went out on the first stop so we moved backwards. then there's this two guys at my back that holds on this rail something...when the people goes in, they keep on pushing...so i continued to move backwards...sadly, those two people at my back are not moving at all...much worst, they're resisting the push and i was soooo squeezed....edric was in front of me, and i know that within the trip we will be going through the domino effect again...good thing i can hold on to his jacket..i was really pissed off with those two guys coz i was really squeezed..they jst dnt simply maintaining their balance but they are actually pushing me too...tsk tsk...i dnt get why they are not moving and they keep on pushing?!?!??? is there another way from Kawasaki to Tamachi??? it really ruins my day...at that early!

nyways, on the 3rd stop, this one guy went out..since he is at the back, he again pushes all those people in front of him so he could go out...grabe!!! haller! does this people still have manners or this is jst natural here?!? then there's this couple who went in..i was facing sideways that time..no choice thats the only space left for me..tsk tsk...the guy is facing at the other side of the door...then when the train moves, and changes tracks, were on a domino effect again...and well, what could i do? i jst have to bow down, and close my eyes and stop breathing...he is so close to me that i felt like i have to bow down or i am going to be face to face(literally speaking) with him...and the smell...tsk tsk..thought perfumes are jst cheap here..i wonder why they're not using it...

hahay....got 24 more days of this...i really envy those who are seated..i wonder where they started riding that they were able to grab some seat...and can even sleep too...waahhh!!

and oh, btw, now i understand why they are used to sleeping or closing their eyes when inside the train...maybe they are used to this packed trains and they are jst closing their eyes instead of looking at all those faces right in front of them... and so even at any trains and at any destinations, they are still closing their eyes =p

now i get it =p

btw, m a little better now...thanks to all those people who even are not here beside me were able to listen to me and make me talk till i get tired and felt easier to deal with the pain...

every time we go to the office and go back to the hotel, we never stopped complaining bout how packed the train is(bumper to bumper =D) and how long our trip is...i make it to a point that i would at least take a nap or even jst rest my eyes when inside the train so i wont feel tired and sleepy due to lack of sleep and get bored when inside the train ;)

this morning is still the usual scene...packed train, bumper to bumper, no more holding on the rails inside the train for support when the train is moving, no more talking inside the train, domino effect like when the train is moving and one swayed to the left, everybody is swaying to the left, or to the right, or forward, or backward, and all...i tried resting my eyes for a while....i forgot that near the Shitte station, the train changes tracks and its moving that much...

most of the time, i would gain balance even m not holding on any rails or even when all those people at my back will be moving forward when the train moves, but this time, i was caught offguard...it was like a domino....people at my back moved forward, i was off balanced and moved forward too...ehehe...i felt like i was stumbling and i woke up from my nap =D

and when all people are jst calm and silent, due to shock, i was the only one who said "uy" =D ahaha...then juvy and i laughed =D ahahah....that time i really felt like i am falling..ehehe.... LOL

that was one hell of a sleeping experience =p

lesson learned: never sleep when the train is packed and when m not holding on to something(holding to juvy's jacket would do =D ), especially when its near the Shitte station and Kamata station =p

late as in late na k naka mata....we have to be early so we can go out early in the afternoon coz we are going to purchase our ticket for......DISNEYLAND!!!!


some bad news though...when miss noemi arrived, she told us that there's a forecast that there's going to be snow tom in tokyo..so there's a possibility of no train...which means: POSTPONE ang DISNEY :'(


huhuhu...nt sure whether id be excited of the snow or i should be disappointed coz we wont be pushed thru wid our disney plans..

waahhh!!! i thought im done with this!! MR for IRE?!!??? tsk tsk tsk.....was borrowed from EMS later in the afternoon coz there's and MR for EMS IO...of all modules, EMS IO pa jd! ehehehe...

we really went home early last nyt...gibayaan na namo sila lloyd ug miss noemi..ehehe..sleepy naman si bing..ahaha...were happy that our PL does not want to render OT that much :D ehehee...btw, some good news, were going to DISNEY on saturday!!!! yipeee!!! :D :D :D :D we are planning to buy the ticket tonight pra maka discount using lloyds discount card ;)

while on the train last nyt, bing, steng and i are seating inline and there is this one old man who is standing in front of the three of us and he offered candy to me first, then to bing and steng...we did no accept the candy, so he took 2more, and gave us 3candies...bing took it so as not to insult him daw..

the code was still not given to us...i dnt knw when they will be done with it...so we jst continued our test data creation and SG file modifications...i continue my study on java...but jst got busy later in the afternoon coz we got to finish the test data and its lots and lots of work...

lloyd finally informed us that the code was given to him..he gave us the copy and we will be starting on it after we are done with the test data... :D

we wanted to go home early but we actually dnt think we can coz of the work load today...huhuhuh... :(

unsaon nalang ang disney :( we are planning to jst buy it tom lunch time or in the evening...hope we can ask mark lim to go with us so we can avail the discount...

nothing much for the day actually...found out something diay...m a little scared at first on what i am going to see but im glad it was something positive :D

woke up late..huhuhu...got less than an hour to prepare...was craving for maki last nyt when we passed by 7-11 so i decided to have it for lunch...when they went to this store to buy their lunch, i went to 7-11 to buy it...

twas so cold that morning...and its like its going to rain...we went to the office and continued our work..not much happened..

so bad...the sort of lead of the subcon group was absent..we thought we wont be in in the morning so the code will be given to us in the afternoon as promised..he was absent the whole day and the other subcons was not able to give it to us too...hmmm...m turned off with my so-called "crush" ahahah

there was this vitamins to eyes i mentioned on my previous entry here in the office but when i looked at him again, i think he's no longer cute :D ahaha...he is fat when he is facing front... =D

nyways, we were busy doing the SG files and test data again for the bug fix..felt sleepy in the afternoon but later, i uploaded our pics on flickr coz our "fans" in cebu are bugging us of our pics :D ehehe..joke! =p we will be sharing it with them once juvy has uploaded the pics from her cam too =D

i think we will be going home early today..its 922 in my clock while m writing this and we are just finishing little stuffs and were off :D were no longer going to wait for them to finish their codes today coz "Maestro" is busy going in and out of the smoking room...tsk tsk..minus pogi points for him....ahaha...

enough of him...ehehe...he is cute but this is jst nothing ;)

after arriving at the hotel by 1230 last nyt, and sleeping at around 2am, i woke up by 500am with a familiar sound from the tv...twas the charmed soundtrack....

yes, they are showing charmed at channel 11..it was the season 1 of charmed in nihongo...but, due to lack of sleep, i was able to sleep back for 45minutes and when i woke up, it was already the last part of the episode...the alarm clock was buzzing and a few minutes later was already my wake up call, i still lied down coz i still wanted to sleep, then 10minutes later, my cellphone alarmed...then bing called up for another wake up call..ahaha..

i prepared to go to bath, at by 730, we met at the lobby and headed to the office...as usual, the train is packed from kawasaki to tamachi....twas like, its already full when it arrives at kawasaki-eki, then 3people will go out and 10 or more people are going inside including us..tsk tsk...

we bought our lunch that morning so we dont have to go out by noon coz its very cold and there are also a lot of people in hurry buying their food and its taking us longer time to order coz we do not know the name of the food :D also, we wanted to check out the sale jst a few doors away from our office today....

by 12noon, we went to the store to check some stuffs..we thought there would be some make up for sale, but twas all toiletries...juvy and i bought toothbrush for use here at the office and we look for a bubble bath...we cant understand the label so when we went to the counter to pay for the toothbrush, i asked if they have the bubble bath..the girl showed me something that actually looked like one so we bought it...later on, we realized that twas actually jst a liquid soap and not a bubble bath..ehehe...anywys, we already paid for it so might as well use it ;)

we ate our lunch afterwards and continue working on the sg file and test data...bing, steng, juvy and i felt soooooo sleepy...bing and juvy went out to buy some coffee...i just stayed inside and continue working...as i was working on the test data, i really cant help my eyes from closing..ireally felt like i needed a coffee or something to wake me up...steng and i went to the cr, we talked and joke so we can laugh and we can wake up but it has no effect...there's a break from 515 to 530pm so we waited till that time so we can go out and buy some foods...i bought some coffee/mocha something from the vending machine..and was able to survive till 1045pm...

mr koseki arrived at lunch time and after he was done with several of his meetings, we were introduced to him together with the other members under him...

quoting jan wee, talking bout vitamins for the eyes, steng and i noticed this medyo cutie guy..and the good news, he is our groupmate :D ehehe..Master control whose name i forgot..ahaha...according to steng, he looks like arvin cando...ehehe...he has a nice built actually and there were some angle that he is cute...but he looks fat though..ehehe..ala lang... =p

nyways, we already had a meeting with the subcons who are doing the prototyping ryt now for 06a and he discussed the schedule..basically our work will be for 06b of EMS which will start on Feb6...so starting tom till feb 6, we will be doing documentation and debugging and understanding of the design...

after the meeting, we finished the SG files and the test data and went home...

btw, poor ricky, he was so busy he wasnt able to have his lunch and was not having dinner too that late..no meal from morning till 730..tsk tsk...its not ryt...he should be taking care of himself...well, no zangyo for him though... =)

and, another thing, ehehe...find out something from juvy :D was happy to hear it from her actually...ahaha...twas a relief..it really gave me a relief and ryt now i am at peace...thanks thanks so much juv...it meant a lot..as in :D ehehee...

hmmm....writing something out of topic already...but that was actually one of the best thing that happened to me today...and with a quote to remember:

First day at MK

Lloyd met with us at Mukaigawara station by 730am...the train is so packed from the hotel to kawasaki even that early and was even packed from kawasaki to tamachi...Lloyd is giving us directions along the way as we had our almost 20minutes walk from the station to the office...

When we arrived at the office, there was not much people yet coz we really intended to be early for the first day...our managers and japanese counterparts are not around yet...Lloyd oriented us on the procedures inside the office..we were toured around the area for the pantry, the cr, the vending machines and the canteen and convenient store together with takezaki-san. Takezaki-san is another member of ANOS, i presume :) and she is the one helping us with the intstallation and pc set ups...

During morning, what we did is to set up our laptops...by 12 noon, we went out for lunch outside...we met Edna-san who is a cute lady who wants to learn english and introduced herself to us in English shyly :D kawaii! :D the store is some sort of fastfood that sells bento...we are not familiar with the name of the foods and how it is in there..ahaha..good thing Lloyd arrived in a while...he suggested we order the fried chicken....we head back to the office to eat our lunch there..the food was so delicious...twas a big meal but i was able to finish it...

lunch break is from 12-1, and we resumed with our set up after lunch...Juvy and Bing are having bug fix and we helped them with their configuration files....that took our whole afternoon until evening...by 830, we are already hungry and we all wanted to go home...we decided to just finish merging the files, and then we go home...we actually finished merging by 1100pm..ehehe...more like of YRP huh...no dinner until we go home and we can even go home later coz last train will be until 1230...tsk tsk...well at least, we can check our mails and connect to the jabber...ehehe..and it was 5 of us..with lloyd and miss noemi, so it was 7 of us...and we are always talking so its still fun...it seems like were the noisiest in the office :D ahaha...

we went out around 1100pm, then on the way to the station, we passed by matsuya so we decided to eat there :D had my favorite pork rice bowl :D missed it ;) but i wasnt able to finish it coz i was already full and was no longer hungry :(

we arrived at the hotel 1230am...but i actually slept past 1am..and i have to get up early tom..we have to meet at the lobby by 730...tsk tsk..have to get used to this....

btw, on the way to the office, we can see tokyo tower..and its jst so near the office..and also this known and big private schoold known as Keio School something..not sure of the name...gomen ne ;)

January 15, 2006(Sunday)

the plan for the day is to hear mass at kawasaki at 130. We will be meeting lloyd at kawasaki station by 1000am, stroll around the area, have lunch and then mass...

we met at the lobby at around 930am, and arrived at kawasaki station 10 minutes past 10am...lloydarrived several minutes later and he strolled us around the area...

kawasaki station is surruonded but lots and lots of malls, stores and botiques...we stopped first at le front..there was a gap store and we are so excited to check out the sale items...there was this bolero that was so nice...i really really wanted to buy it :D we keep on saying that we will pass by the station everyday so we can jst go back there anytime ;)

twas already 11am so we decided to have our lunch...lloyd will be treating us so its not "savings" mode for the choices of food ;) yipeee!!! wanna have ramen but there was this katsu resto and we agreed that we will be eating there... :D there was this lady meal that has strawberry for desert and me, steng and bing ordered it....when the food arrived, we were shocked...that was a complete, full meal!!!!! it already has a rice, the cabbage(lots and lots of it), chicken something, shrimp and another sort of chicken something with another something inside(:D), mizu soup, and sort of tofu with egg and meat and shrimp and the strawberry...ehehe...not much huh? :)

btw, the rice and the cabbage and the soup is unlimited...ehehe..but that was all enough...steng and lloyd had another round of soup and rice ;) after eating, we headed to the church which is 15-20 minutes walk away from the station or the mall we had the lunch..

on the way to the church, we have seen this store which obviously is filipino owned coz of the flag printed on its doors :D near the church was some sort of park where a lot of filipinos are selling bbq(for 250yen!!! that's 125 pesosess!!!), and some goto... :)

before 130 was a rosary and then the mass at 130...it really felt like home with all the filipinos around we can hear talking and the procession of sto ninos after the mass :D yes, we had our mini sinulog here :p

after the mass and the procession, we headed back to the mall..bing and steng went looking for a laptop bag that they can use everyday since they will be bringing their laptops to the office :) good thing i wasnt bringing one too..ehehe..but still itd be nice to have it in the hotel :p

the nicest part!!!! we passed by a store that sells earrings!! danglings if i may say!!! i am so happy!! i am so excited to look at all those earrings!! but i think, i will have to budget again..ahha..ive seen 4, no more than 4 nice earrings and i wanted to buy it!!! waahh!!!! i choosed the cheaper one but the nice one though ;) and i am so happy when i paid it...twas 20%less :D weeehehhhhhh!!!! :D :D :D :D


i went home so so so happy with what i bought ;) ehehe...530 and we are bound to go home...we just stopped by the bakery to buy something for our dinner ;)

had some picture picture of my earrings but it wasnt that clear :D btw, bing and steng also bought a pair...we will be wearing it tom for our first day at MK ;)

got a reason to buy this!!

juvy will be meeting mark at aki today coz tom, mark will be rendering ot, so me and steng went with her there...i wanted to check out some stuff and so is steng..juvy also wanted to buy her cam now coz she wanted to use it during our laags :)

we left for aki at around 10am, and arrived there, with no hassles though we dont knw the direction much and around 1030 :D we will be meeting mark and his groupmate at Animate by 130...we strolled around the area checking out stuffs and comparing prices...we felt hungry so we decided to have our lunch..we are in "savings" mode so i told them we will jst eat either in matsuya or yoshinoya..the first one we passed by is matsuya so we checked out the place and is full...yoshinoya is even packed, even its 2nd level...there is this some sort of food court near the station so we checked it out...we felt even more hungry seeing the noodles so we decided to eat yakisoba at Bel Tempo...the food was quite ok..though not really that oishi..

after lunch, we looked around the area again, twas already raining, so we decide to buy an umbrella :D ehehe..was so happy coz its the transparent one that i like to have..ehehe....and its not that big nor small =p ahaha...we really had a reason to buy it except that we really wanted to have that kind of umbrella =D twas raining and we could get sick if we dont buy one =p ehehe...just justifying why i bought it for 200 yen :D

we went back to animate coz we tried locating it before the 130...we met them outside the store, and we head directly to pc success...twas the store they are recommending coz its offers the cheapest prices...after purchasing juvy's cam and steng's hard disk, we went to look around the area some more...it was really cold!!! even with mittens on, my hands are so numb and even with two socks and a stokings, m still shivering coz of cold, of rain and of wind...

we were able to go to the places we wanted to go to...100 yen shop and some other cheap stores..thanks to mark lim and frank who are our master for directions :) btw, we saw isoy and lejanson, our officemates who are on BT too at 100 yen shop..

we had yoshinoya for dinner, and we had 50yen off courtesy of mark lim :D thanks mark! =) twas jst 530 and there were no sun actually...twas already dark starting 330 that afternoon..we really thought that we lost track of time and twas already late but it was actually early...

we went home early since they are done with their shopping =) sunod na ko magbuy =D i actually bought a watch coz there's an ariel watch for just 1090 yen :D and i also found another little mermaid and pooh watch..

i wanted to buy it!!! waahh :(

today is our first day in nihon...we will be staying at mukaigawara, that is in kawasaki city and will be staying in hotel taema..

i went to the airport with juvy and bing..i decided not to sleep so after washing some clothes and finished packing, i waited for 430 for juvy...we went directly to bing's bhaus and the to the airport...

530. we arrived at the airport, we're the first to arrive then next edric then steng.

545. the checkin counter is already open so we went inside to checkin

600. we are already on our way to the waiting lounge. the system is already strict and they are weighing hand carry luggages...mine's around 7kilos..jst ryt for the limit but we got some problem since bing's luggage is only a small trolley so she had 3 hand carries..the other one is already with juvy but still they wanted the other luggage to be checked in since its already 10kilos and she had another one luggage which contains her laptop..they were discussing and she was left talking to them...i went back to her after i left my bag to steng and juvy...they suggested that i will jst check in the luggage using my name so we dont have to pay for the excess..but i dnt get it coz all our accumulated luggages actually is jst enough and if that will be checked in, we still have to pay for an excess...then they said, we can actually jst separate some of the stuffs to the five of us so they will allow us..haller!!! :S oh well, they are crazy...they finally asked if how many of us are going together and i told them its five of us..and one of them said: "ahh, its ok" haha! what a relief! and they are #$(&!(# :S i was a little annoyed...it was jst ok diay and it took them so long to allow us to go in and they sounds like they are doing us a favor with their suggestions and the later on jst allow us! huh!?!!

700. we are waiting for 725 to board, made some final calls and text before turning off my fon..made some wake up call..ahihihhi =p sorry po sa istorbo =D

745. were already inside the plane, did some documentations..ahah..in short, pictures =p, will be posting some after ive uploaded it ;) the plane went early, 10mins before the sched, and was happy that they are showing just like heaven =D but, i was so sleepy that i felt asleep and missed the middle part =( turbulence were experienced during the flight but not really much :) good thing coz today is friday the 13th..ehehe

1255. twas announced that we are going to land on narita airport

230. after all the process at imigration, and purchasing of ticket for narita to mukaigawara, we headed to the eki and wait for our train...twas so cold...we started wearing our jackets, our caps and the mittens(thanks to our sponsors :D ehehe... thanks rose sa mittens gamit kaau ;) )

400. we are already at kawasaki station waiting for our train to mukaigawara..we are so excited to arrive at the hotel actually coz we really had a hard time going around the station and changing trains with all our luggages and the heavy jackets and the cold :D

500. we arrived at the mukaigawara station, edric and i decided to check if we are going on the ryt way before we went out of the station and pass 2 stairs with our luggages(the station does not have elevator and we have 100kilos of stuffs with us)...after long walks (with several stops coz our hands are all aching, and we keep on asking for the direction for the hotel coz it seems near in the sketch but we felt like were walking that long but we havent arrived yet), we finally arrived at the hotel and checked in...lloyd called up to check on us and said theyll be meeting with us at the hotel by 7pm...

530. im already inside my room which somehow feels scary to me..ehehe..dnt knw why..twas small actually and the cabinet(not sure if its really cabinet coz its like a small room with something for hanging of clothes and thats it)...i went down to call home and call someone informing of my arrival..twas really so cold and i did not stayed long on the line...

700. we waited for lloyd and miss noemi on the lobby coz we do not have something much to do on our room..ahihihi...

800. they both arrived and we decided to have dinner on the next station from where we stay...twas so cold but still we decided to walk...ehehe...i managed by the way to walk without my cap and mittens =p but my legs felt numb and so is my hand so its inside the pocket of my jacket the whole time ;)

1000. we already went home..

one thing i experienced, smoke out of my mouth everytime i talk...and we(juvy, me and steng), keeps on noticing it and laugh :D ehehehe....but guess what, jap girls are still in skirt..tsk tsk..with their beautiful trench coat and knee boots with high heels..tsk tsk..suya ko dah!

tsk tsk tsk...see how lazy i am..i wasnt able to finish blogging my ikagetsu and here i am again starting my day0...dnt knw if i would be glad or not..ahah...joking! :p

i am happy and excited knowing that we were actually going on a BT. its because:
1. the whole group will be going
2. its gonna be winter and
3. hopefully we can experience snow
4. they say its not gonna be that too much work and that kapoy sa YRP
5. since its the start of the phase so hopefully not muct OT
6. this is a Java Proj, something ive bin looking forward for =P
7. DISNEYLAND and hoepfully DISNEY SEA :D
8. more laag and more or Nihon
9. another chance to buy another gadget(hmm...wat would be nice? =D)
10. opportunity to save..opportunity lang pro hopefully maka save
11. more reasons to be happy pa i think ;)

but,
1. ryt now i dnt wanna go with this kind of feeling
2. i dnt wanna go with in state
3. were not again going to spend more time together
4. and i guess, i dnt know =(
5. i dnt wanna go when lola is ill
6. and i feel like going home but i cant ;'(

well, looking at the brighter side...i somehow seen the reason why i have to go..it myt ease this hurting..oppps...m blogging something not ryt for this blog...ahhaa..this should have been for the other blog..tsk tsk..seems ive been pre occupied with this feeling...waaahhhh!!!! 911!!!

exhausted with the meetings and preparations for the new project, i still continued preparing for the trip too...we just had our money, everything seems ready, i already packed..finished(somehow) the request for IRE, was able to talk to him...m ready to go i think =)

ja, till 2mrw =) i really wanted to blog this everyday =p
